TRANSMISSION IMPOSSIBLE

"During our last performance in Avignon, I played an edited video featuring a voiceover of my friend. She talks about how her boyfriend refuses to go to the bomb shelter and how it 'pisses her off' because it’s been genuinely terrifying lately. All of this is playing out with Ed Sheeran's Shape of You sounding in the background at a cafe. The main visuals consisted of photos I took with an old camera at the Avignon Festival, capturing theatrical adventures and happy people in a bar. Meanwhile, my body lay motionless in brightly colored clothes and sunglasses. The final slide read: 'During our program in Avignon, 52 civilians were killed in Kyiv alone. That equals 97% of the performers currently on stage.' After that, I took one last photo of the program participants. The end."

"Let Me Listen to You Through My Body"

In collaboration with Alla Poliakova This is a site-specific movement research working directly with the documentary photographs of Lida Suchy. Through movement, I try to build a physical dialogue with her visual archive and the historical landscapes it captures. "Let me listen to you through my body" is a somatic practice of allowing the physical environment and Lida Suchy's photography to speak through my presence, exploring how spaces shape our physical manifestations.

Як станцювати фокстрот? (How to Dance the Foxtrot? )

In collaboration with Anna Mrachkovska A documentary performance where my grandmother tells the story of how she danced. The driving question of this research was: "Can my body, through movement, keep history from being merely conserved?" I ask myself: can I continue the story through my own body? Can I continue life through myself? Working directly with her spoken memories, I explore how the female body and its capacity for movement change with age, documenting a complex historical epoch through a living, deeply personal history of the body.

"Beyond the line"

Documentary performance About a WOMAN who FIGHTS bureaucracy and geopolitics to RESCUE her husband from AZOVSTAL — only to discover that his RETURN is just the BEGINNING.

"NECESSARY TARGETS"

This is a kind of file binding design that can help people understand depression. With the degree of depression, the appearance and pattern of each document will become more chaotic and torn.
